About the role
Join our team as a Relief Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive patient care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and document in the EMR system
- Support diagnostic procedures
- Educate patients
- Collaborate with providers and care teams to develop care plans
- Carefully coordinate referrals and ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards aligned with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- WA RN license with dual licensure required within 120 days
- Experience in outpatient or clinical settings preferred
- Active BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
Skills
- Inpatient or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Proficient in medication administration
