Responsibilities
- Conducting patient visits
- Discussing chief complaints
- Obtaining vital signs
- Documenting health information in the EMR
- Performing phone triage
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures such as IV starts
- Educating patients on treatments and medications
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop care plans
- Coordinating referrals
- Delivering patient education
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- A valid WA State RN license
- BCLS certification within 90 days of hire
- ACEP & PALS are preferred
Skills
- Proficiency in nursing procedures
- Medication management
- Strong communication
- Multitasking
- The ability to interact professionally with diverse populations
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Experience with pediatric or women's health exams
