Nurses serve as advocates, educators, and partners, delivering compassionate, individualized care that addresses the whole person.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advocate, educator, and partner in a community-focused healthcare setting.
- Perform patient assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage, documenting in the EMR system.
- Support providers during diagnostic procedures.
- Administer medications.
- Provide patient education.
- Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards in line with accreditation and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- WA RN license, with dual licensure in Oregon required within 120 days
- Active BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- 1 year outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
