About the role
Provide compassionate patient care primarily over the phone, serving as the first point of contact for patients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and perform triage
- Carefully assess urgency and guide patients to appropriate resources
- Document interactions in an EMR system
- Work towards resolving concerns during the initial call
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and scheduling agents
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active WA/OR RN license (dual licensure within 120 days)
- 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
