Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or specialty-specific credentials may be required based on the unit
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
