Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Adheres to organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license
• Obtain and maintain relevant certifications such as BLS, with additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or PALS based on the unit

Skills and physical requirements

• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical tasks including gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
