Registered Nurse - Regional Float Pool - Emergency Department - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

The Regional Resource RN provides individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients by applying theoretical knowledge to practice across multiple facilities, floating between designated hospitals within the region.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in various healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Strengthen clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Adapt to dynamic healthcare environments and patient needs.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of ER experience, with at least 6 months recent experience.
• BLS certification.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT) required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Preferred: BSN degree.
• Preferred: Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
