Registered Nurse - Regional Float Pool - Emergency Department - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

The Regional Resource RN provides individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical concepts to inform practice. They will serve as a float nurse across multiple hospitals in the East Community Mercy Hospital facilities, primarily working night shifts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years Emergency Department RN experience, with recent experience preferred
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Within 90 days, certifications in ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT
• BSN preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds
