Registered Nurse - Regional Float Pool - Emergency Department - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

The Regional Resource RN provides specialized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in accordance with nursing standards. They float between multiple facilities within the region, primarily working night shifts in the Emergency Department Float Pool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with diverse care teams
• Strengthening clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Adapting to dynamic healthcare environments

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum of 3 years ER experience (with recent experience preferred)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC, ENPC, and MANDT
• Physical demands: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and turning patients; ability to handle up to 50 pounds
