Baptist Health is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rapid Response team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville (Downtown). This opening is a PRN Nights 7:00 PM-7:00 AM. Registered Nurse (RN), Rapid Response Responsibilities This role is a critical member of the clinical team responsible for monitoring patients for early signs of deterioration, responding promptly to rapid response calls,Educating nursing staff on recognizing and managing patient decline.This role ensures patient safety through proactive surveillance and clinical expertiseAssisting the primary RN with admission, discharge and transfers as neededCompleting the admission assessment and skin check for all new admits Experience Requirements 3-5 Years Critical Care Experience Required1-2 years Acute Care Nursing Experience RequiredNursing Education Experience Education & Credential Requirements Basic Life Support (BLS) RequiredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) RequiredCertified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) PreferredLicensed Registered Nurse RequiredNIHHS certification (upon hire/transfer)Level 1 CPI training (within 90 days of hire/transfer) This Registered (RN) Rapid Response position will be located at Baptist Jacksonville.
