Registered Nurse - Rapid Response

About the Role

Provides specialized nursing care supporting the Rapid Response Team to ensure patient well-being and comfort. Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, and education related to acute care needs. Implements medically prescribed interventions for defined patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rapid response care, assess patient needs, implement interventions, and document care.
• Support patient recovery during acute episodes through specialized nursing skills.

Requirements

• RN (Registered Nurse) license
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or BCLS instructor within 30 days
