About the role
Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a collaborative radiology setting.
Responsibilities
- Utilize standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
- Advocate for patients and families and coordinate with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients on health promotion and ensure safety.
- Apply evidence-based practices tailored to patients' physical, cultural, social, and spiritual needs.
- Demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
- Foster a positive work environment and mentor colleagues.
- Perform physical duties such as lifting, walking, and data entry while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license in Illinois.
- Certifications such as BLS and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., CMSRN, OCN, RN-BC).
Prior experience is not required.
