Registered Nurse - Radiation Oncology

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing radiation therapy.
• Perform patient assessments, coordinate treatments, manage symptoms, and deliver patient and family education.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Monitor treatment responses and manage side effects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
