We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Qualifications, Duties, Benefits (VA offers...), Work Schedule, maybe Pay? It mentions "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package: VA Nurse Total Rewards Pay: Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards". That's pay info. Also Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, Work Schedule, Telework, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, PCS. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe from Summary), Qualifications, Responsibilities (Duties), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Need to follow rules: use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to check each section content. We have Summary paragraph: "The Registered Nurse (RN) - Quality Management (QM) Consultant functions as a clinical expert and executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership - experience - and creative approaches to management of complex patient care. The RN-QM Consultant demonstrates self-direction and drives improved care outcomes through effective interdisciplinary collaboration and leadership of innovative process-improvement initiatives." That's substantive. Could be About the role. Qualifications: long list of basic requirements, grade determinations, preferred experience. That's substantive. Duties: list of duties. Benefits: "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package: VA Nurse Total Rewards Pay: Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards Paid Time Off: 50 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave - 13 days of sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year) Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement) Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory Work Schedule: 6:30am - 3:00pm - Monday - Friday Telework: Not available Virtual: This is not a virtual position Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not authorized Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not authorized" We need to separate Pay, Benefits, Schedule maybe. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (Summary), Qualifications, Responsibilities (Duties), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe Requirements? But Qualifications covers requirements. We'll not duplicate. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections have content. We need to format lists: For Qualifications, there are many subpoints; we can use
    • . For Duties also list. For Benefits also list. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as given, but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can rephrase? Safer to keep the text as is, maybe break into sentences. We need to avoid boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting didn't have those except maybe some references to VA Handbook etc. Those are part of qualifications; we keep them. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
