About the Role
Provide patient care in a fast-paced, 24-bed pulmonary unit (PCU).
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Establish authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices and compassion.
- Manage and deliver care in accordance with policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Support a team-focused, growth-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- One year of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to reactivate or reinstate licensure if inactive, including completion of required refresher courses.
