About the Role

Work in a fast-paced 24-bed pulmonary care unit, managing patients with respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and pulmonary embolism. Support a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team by establishing personalized patient relationships.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Utilize scientific evidence and compassion to support patients' health journeys.
• Ensure care management aligns with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish authentic, compassionate relationships with patients and their support systems.
