About the Role
As a Clinical Team Manager with Elara Caring, you shape the future of healthcare. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures
- Implement QAPI programs to improve clinical outcomes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless care
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of active experience as a RN, preferably with 1 year in the home care industry
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
