About the role

Equip is a virtual eating disorder treatment program committed to providing accessible, evidence-based care. Founded in 2019, Equip offers a dedicated care team including therapists, dietitians, physicians, and mentors to support patients in their journey to recovery. The company serves patients across the U.S. and partners with major health insurance plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for your patient panel, coordinating care with internal and external providers.
• Maintain and triage lab orders/results, ensuring timely communication with patients and families.
• Provide condition-specific education and support to patients and families.
• Triage emergent issues according to established protocols.
• Coordinate medical stabilization admissions and transitions back to care.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state, with a compact license preferred.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic, homecare, ambulatory, hospital, or inpatient setting.
• Experience managing multiple providers and support systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of confidentiality.
• Collaborative and autonomous work style.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential Range: $77,000 to $92,000 Annual Base Pay + 15% Annual Performance Based Bonus Potential

Licensing

Equip reimburses fees for initial licensure and renewals for required licenses and cross-licensure requests. Providers must be licensed or registered in every state where they deliver care.

Continuing Education

Therapists and medical providers receive unlimited online courses through NetCE and up to $1,000/year stipend for continuing education.

Work From Home

• $50/month stipend for home internet expenses.
• Initial work-from-home stipend of up to $500.
• Reload of $200 on the home office stipend at the 3-year mark and every other year after that (years 5, 7, etc.).
• Company laptop.

Physical Demands

The role is 100% remote with no travel requirements. Requires operating standard office equipment and talking/hearing by telephone. Stationary position with occasional standing.
