Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit, Part-Time Nights - RN

About the role

Provides direct patient care in a progressive care unit setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, performing basic life support, and assisting with diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities
• Perform basic life support procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Prepare and maintain patient records
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in Florida
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Nights, Monday through Friday, rotating shifts.
