Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit Nights

Role Overview: Provides high-level patient care in a Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safety and quality outcomes. Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing evidence-based practice and patient wellness. Acts as a preceptor to new staff and adapts to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care in a technically complex PCU setting following AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty standards.Support clinical education and competency validation through individualized training.Contribute to a safe, high-quality care environment and model proficiency in clinical practice. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.Minimum of 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Current ACLS and BLS certifications, with BLS valid through sixty days of hire.Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills in a dynamic clinical setting.
