Registered Nurse/Progressive Care Unit - Full Time - Nights

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate records of patient conditions and communicates them as necessary.
• Serves as a primary coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care teams.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Licensure/Certification(s):
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire or job transfer.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing prior to hire or job transfer.

Education/Experience

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.
• Professional licensure in place at time of hire.
