Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized patient care plans, adjusting as needed.
• Cookordination communication among healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions vigilantly, document changes, and respond promptly.
• Manage physician and nursing orders, and coordinate discharge planning for smooth transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire, from AHA or ARC.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure at hire.

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time day shifts.
