Registered Nurse- Progressive Care Unit
About the role
Saint Luke’s South in Overland Park is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their progressive care unit team. They are looking for positive nurses who enjoy working with a team, are passionate about helping others expand their skill sets, and are patient-centered.
Responsibilities
- Performs patient care, delegating patient care tasks and supervising other patient care staff.
- Captures and implements the nursing process to coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consults with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
- Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree
