Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

About the role

The position involves providing comprehensive patient care in a Progressive Care Unit, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts, implementing and monitoring care plans, and communicating patient conditions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee patient care plans
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately
• Assess discharge needs and facilitate discharge planning

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure
