Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse for the Progressive Care Unit on a part-time night shift, providing compassionate, personalized patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members
• Establishing authentic relationships with patients and their support systems to promote optimal health or support peaceful end-of-life care
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patient navigation through their health journey
• Maintaining responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management according to policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• Minimum of one year relevant nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
