Registered Nurse, Progressive Care/Cardiac Unit A1, 36hrs Nights

As a Registered Nurse for our PCU/Cardiac A1 Team at Winchester Hospital—a 5× Magnet designated, top Massachusetts recognized 226-bed regional hospital—you will deliver comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area, making a direct difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal health care strategy plans for each patient.
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program (BSN strongly encouraged).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.
Schedule
Three 12-hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation.
Pay
Base hourly wage range: $36.00 – $90.14. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime, and other applicable pay practices.
