This full-time night position is based in the cardiac progressive care unit, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while adhering to organizational policies
- Maintain professional growth
- Coordinate patient activities
- Ensure high standards of practice to deliver quality nursing services
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Preference for a bachelor's degree
- New graduates are eligible
- Hospital experience is preferred
- Valid Georgia RN licensure or multistate license
- BCLS certification required
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or specialty-specific credentials are mandated depending on the unit
- Some certifications expected within six months of hire
- Specialized certifications like Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, Certified Dialysis Nurse, or fetal monitoring may be required per department
