Registered Nurse - PRN/Days

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and at least 2 years of OR experience. Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire and may require additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others based on the unit. Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements like reaching, bending, and kneeling. Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, ability to coordinate care, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
