Registered Nurse (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments, reassessments, observations, and care planning documentation.
• Reassess VA clients every 60 days and/or as needed.
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on client needs.
• Coordinate with management on quality care and operational procedures.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and caregivers.
• Respond professionally and promptly to client complaints regarding caregivers.
• Protect patient rights and promote home safety procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (required).
• BSN preferred.
• Home care experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
• CEUs maintained per Board of Nursing requirements.
