About the Role
Registered Nurse providing clinical care at a youth center, ensuring the health and well-being of students.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care within the scope of practice, authorized by medical providers.
- Supervise LPNs/LVNs to ensure compliance with state regulations and nurse practice acts.
- Provide basic health services, including immunizations and health screenings for students.
- Monitor students with illnesses and manage their care to facilitate recovery and attendance.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
- Experience working with youth is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Schedule
The role offers a flexible PRN schedule, with no night, weekend, or holiday shifts, promoting work/life balance.
