Registered Nurse - PRN

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver direct and indirect patient care
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and safely
• Promote a collaborative work environment
• Participate in patient and family education
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Support professional growth

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility
• At least six months RN experience
