Registered Nurse (PRN)

About the Role

Responsible for providing nursing care to students at a center, ensuring treatment and prevention of minor injuries and illnesses, and promoting overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care within the scope of practice authorized by medical providers and state regulations.
• Supervise LPNs/LVNs to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Deliver basic healthcare services, including immunizations and health screenings required by the Department of Labor.
• Monitor students with illnesses and those unable to attend classes.

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience working with youth is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Schedule

This PRN role offers a work/life balance with no night, weekend, or holiday shifts.
