Registered Nurse (PRN)

Tree Of Life, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty, and ethics in the treatment of clients and each other. For more than 35 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.
Responsibilities
- Provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site.
- Assesses and intervenes for assigned residential clients; designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence-based practice, and principles to promote health and medical stability.
- Trains clients or family members on promoting health, wellness, and medical stability as well as staff.
- Directs the practice of LPNs and CMAs on the unit.
- May participate in program’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in nursing is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
