Registered Nurse - Private Duty Homecare

About the role

Registered Nurse providing home-based care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, including those with g-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs and prescriber input.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Identify opportunities for patient education, care coordination, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferably, at least one year of RN experience.
