About the role
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with families and care teams, and educate patients confidently.
Schedule
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN options
- Shifts available day, evening, or overnight
- Care for adult and pediatric patients
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year of experience preferred
