Job Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care in concert with a broad spectrum of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the attainment of peak outcomes concerning clinical care, quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct physical examinations and health histories.
- Offer health promotion, counseling, and education.
- Administer medications, wound care, and various other personalized interventions.
- Take charge of assigning patient care responsibilities according to the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last two years.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
