Registered Nurse – Preventive and Cardiology Clinics

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) supports ambulatory cardiovascular clinics by providing direct patient care, patient and family education, and care coordination. The focus is on cardiovascular disease management, chart review, and collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure accurate appointments and testing. Key Responsibilities Coordinate nursing care across practice settings and the continuum of careSupport professional nursing practice, including planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating patient careLead and mentor through informal and formal roles, participate in quality improvement activitiesAssist with patient education and interdisciplinary clinic supportPossibility of remote work and varied shifts to accommodate practice growth Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; one year of RN experience, preferably in cardiovascular careCurrent RN license, BLS certification, and ability to obtain additional state licensure if requiredExcellent communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer skillsPreferred: BSN and RN/Health Coaching certification Additional Details: Role is nonexempt with competitive pay ($35.84 - $58.84/hour), benefits, and full-time schedule. Successful candidates may participate in a Nurse Residency Program and must possess required licensure and certifications prior to start.
