Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited registered nursing programCurrent RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirementsPhysical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform bending, kneeling, reaching, and twistingBasic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hireAdditional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM) may be required based on the unit or specialty Key Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care, evaluates care effectiveness, collaborates with healthcare teams, and upholds patient rights and confidentiality.
