Registered Nurse - Preadmission, Part-Time

Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality in line with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing duties in a clinical setting, maintain compliance with care standards, and support patient rights and confidentiality. Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality care delivery and assess care effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN license in the state or a compact licensure BLS certification (mandatory within 30 days of hire) Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC) may be required based on department needs Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements during shifts Additional Requirements Prolonged standing and walking, physical strength, and adherence to safety and care standards are essential to perform duties effectively.
