Registered Nurse Pre-Admission Testing (RN) - Assessment Center

Job Description

Provides holistic, quality and cost-effective nursing care for patients/families and/or others in the pre-hospitalization population within a unit, service or other primary area of practice; focuses on discharge planning which includes identification of risk factors and education.

Applies the nursing process within the context of the organization's Framework for Professional Practice. Functions as clinically competent/expert. Delegates and supervises work appropriately. Reports to Director, Care Continuum.

Shift Detail

First shift 40 hours a week

Qualifications

• CT RN License
• BSN Required
• 3 years’ acute care experience required
