About the Role
Provides safe, competent nursing care in alignment with facility policies and standards, demonstrating professionalism and leadership within the healthcare team. Emphasizes Patient Centered Care, Service Excellence, and ethical practices to deliver personalized clinical services.
Responsibilities
- Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans using nursing expertise, addressing diagnosis and co-morbidities.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, setting goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to patient and family needs.
- Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs, ensuring a patient-friendly environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license and BLS certification.
- Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- Certification in NRP (within 6 months of hire) and STABLE or ability to obtain within six months.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments as required.
