About the role
We are seeking a PACU Nurse to join our recovery unit supporting the Operating Room. You will care for a diverse patient population including inpatients and outpatients, with a focus on post-surgical recovery in a level 1 trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from surgery across multiple service lines.
- Ensure patient safety, monitor vital signs, and manage post-operative needs.
- Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to deliver quality care.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure, with ADN required and BSN preferred.
- Prior critical care experience is preferred.
- Relevant clinical experience in post-anesthesia or recovery settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
