The Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating treatment processes from diagnosis to follow-up. They guide patients through collaborative care with medical providers and support programs, providing educational assistance along the continuum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current RN license
• Three years of relevant RN experience

Schedule

Full-time hours, with potential for floating to other departments and being on-call.
