Registered Nurse, Per Diem, Variable shift, Photopheresis, Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Makes assessments, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• One to two years of experience in Nursing or relevant area.
• ACLS certification.
• Acute care experience, compassionate, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to operate as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer based data management programs and information systems.
