Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Nights

About the Role

Join the Resource Team at Northwest Community Hospital as a per diem Registered Nurse on the night shift (7pm-7:30am). This role requires a commitment of 48 hours over six weeks, including weekend shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a specific patient population.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Requirements

• Current professional nursing license in Illinois.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in nursing or CNA experience preferred for new graduates.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay range based on experience: $36.00 - $55.80.
