Responsibilities
- Assess patients' psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment
- Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current Nevada nursing license
- BLS certification
