Registered Nurse - Per Diem Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards
• Offer professional leadership and support to healthcare team members
• Implement Patient Centered Care principles in all nursing activities
• Supervise and guide assigned staff members
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire
• Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required
• Successful passing of pre-employment assessments
• RN graduate status with eligibility for NCLEX and interim license from the state board
