This per diem Registered Nurse (RN) position is on the Medical/Telemetry Unit, focusing on providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and their families for psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care.
- Conduct hourly rounds to enhance safety, communication, and patient comfort.
- Collaborate with care partners to address educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited RN program.
- Current Nevada RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least one year of acute care experience.
