About the role
Per diem opportunity with flexible night shifts in the Emergency Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and perform comprehensive assessments across pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations.
- Manage pain and utilize triage to prioritize care.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff, communicating effectively about patient conditions.
- Respond swiftly to clinical changes.
- Fulfill a dual clinical and managerial role, including staff hiring and team communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience.
- Current RN license.
- BCLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
- ENPC and TNCC certifications (optional).
