Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource Team/Float Pool Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments to meet learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Provide patient care during overnight hours, including weekends as needed, ensuring safety and quality in a flexible, per diem capacity. Collaborate with healthcare teams and support patient education and quality initiatives.
